How many calories is enough....?

Any good suggestions for websites that tell you how many calories you SHOULD be consuming? I know I dont eat enough.... especially of the RIGHT things....
 
Finding your basal metabolic rate (BMR) would be the best place to start if you have not. Any search engine can get you hundreds of calculators just type in "Basic metabolic rate calculator" That will give you a rough estimate of what your body burns by simply living. subtracting 500 is something some people feel is a comftorable number.

How much are you currently having per day?
What kind of exercise are you doing?
 
Who REALLY knows..... I truly haven't MASTERED that yet.

In terms of excersie....currrently (because of time constraints), I work out AFTER work for about 1.5 hrs. I do my cardio first - elliptical for 35-40 min or the treadmill (15% incline at 3.5-3.8. I alternate my strength training (Mon - legs, Tues - arms, Wed - legs). Thursdays I do a class offered on our base called "Muscle Pump" which is an excellent total body strength training class.
