Just wondering how many calories you guys eat per day. Also it would be nice to list your weight and if you are bulking/cutting/maintaining.

weight: 177 and rising
height 6ft

calories: trying to get in average of 3600 maybe a bit more some days, but around that number.

currently: bulking till april/may undecided.

I forgot to post mine.. haha.

We are about the same! 5 feet 8.5 inches tall, 170 pounds and bulking. I usually eat anywhere from 3500-4000... sometimes going just a tad over 4,000.
 
Mine can rangeee from like 3000 to like 4500+, but id say on average i eat around 3500-4000. I could do with eating more really, which i aim to sort out.
 
Usually 3800, but right now I'm putting some weight back on that I lost while sick so I'm up to 4200. I'm pretty strict and try to hit my numbers as closely as possible.

Looks like there are some others who eat as much as I do....I was beginning to think I was a freak:eek:

he who can consume that much food, is a beast gooch hehe.....

so i guess we are all freaks

My calorie intake varies per day and is NEVER the same. Additionally, I eat over my MT line at scheduled intervals, eat at my approximate personal MT line (and then add in an extra activity to draw the deficit), and eat in straight deficits as well. Personally, I do believe in the starvation response of the body and act accordingly. I have my calorie needs narrowed down pretty strictly according to need/activity.

On average it ranges from 1900 to 2600 (dependent) on activity factors. A few times (with working as much as I have been lately), I ate nearly 3000c.

Really tough to answer because it depends on what my workout is. On the weekends I usually do long bike rides where I can burn up to 6000 calories...I eat waaaay more those days.
 
sup im new to the forum..

900-1100...on a major cut cycle

6'0, 195 lbs....my BMI (Beer mass index) is through the roof haha but nah im in good shape, minus the keg gut
