Weight-Loss how many calories do i need to eat daily?

i was assuming for my weightloss it was 1200-1500 a day for all women however i just did a calculater and it says my body needs 2200 calories to maintain my weight for my weight,Height ratio and i also understand to cut back 500 calories a day for a steady weight loss..

:ack2: so i should be eating 1700 calories a day right? im full of confusion and self doubt at the moment , save me lol

That sounds about right. Try it for a couple weeks and see what happens. You can also raise your calories by activity which is highly advisable.
