i was assuming for my weightloss it was 1200-1500 a day for all women however i just did a calculater and it says my body needs 2200 calories to maintain my weight for my weight,Height ratio and i also understand to cut back 500 calories a day for a steady weight loss..
so i should be eating 1700 calories a day right? im full of confusion and self doubt at the moment , save me lol
