Hey guys, just need a little info. Not sure if this is the right section so please let me know if I'm in the wrong here.

5'10
170 lbs
19 yrs old
I used fitday to calculate all my numbers and came down to me consuming 2300 hundred calories and burning 3750 with 700 through exercise. Am I eating too little, burning too much? Thanks in advance
