How many calories burned should I be aiming for?

Hey guys, just need a little info. Not sure if this is the right section so please let me know if I'm in the wrong here.

About me:
Male
5'10
170 lbs
19 yrs old

I used fitday to calculate all my numbers and came down to me consuming 2300 hundred calories and burning 3750 with 700 through exercise. Am I eating too little, burning too much? Thanks in advance :)

and based on your lifestyle, it will tell you how many calories a day - approximately - you should be consuming..
 
Thanks for the reply. Yah I calculated the lifestyle into fitday as well. I checked out the link you gave me and it was helpful in letting me know that my calorie consumption is adequate. However, it didn't tell me if the amount I'm burning is too much?
