How many calories burned should I be aiming for?

I've been using fiday and I pretty much added up activities + food to see how many calories I'd be burning. I'm 5'10 and male so according to fitday I'm burning 3600 calories with my exercises and I'm consuming 2300 calories worth of food so I'm burning 1300 excess everyday. Is that too much?
 
Haha, you give us your height, but not your weight.
