I'v been working out in the gym for about 3 months now i'm 6"0 180lbs and I am 18. I'm not excactly sure what %BF I am but It can't be to to high. I still have some baby fat on my stomach and a bit on the back of my waist like my sides. Its not to much just a bit. How long will it take (how many days), and how long per day (of running) will it take before i start to notice a difference with the fat burn and starting to notice my abbs comeing through and arms starting to be more cut and defined. Pretty much all my muscles starting to come through.
