How long?

How long should i be running everyday if i want to lose weight? When i was running track i ran for about two hours.
 
If you want to loose fat, try HIIT (high intensity interval training). You can derive good results from as little as 20 minutes twice a week. If you really want to loose fat quickly combine that with a full body weight workout 3 times a week. The fat burning continues long after the workout is over.

And, of course, nutrition is a large part of fat loss, so change your eating habits also.

Thank-you!! I need to learn more about HIIT. My BF% is @ 25-27%!!:eek: (That's a guess) I just gotta get my a$$ in gear and drop this fat!

There are different workouts one can do depending on your goals......I've been confused in the past as to what routine to follow. I will read the different sections throughout the board and hope it clears things up for me...thanks!
