How Long?

Just wondering about an estimate of how long it takes to get used to an exercise. Sorry if it's already been answered, but I really can't find a clear definition of when to take a break.

How often should I run a week if I average out at about 30min per run? Should I spread my day offs out?

Depends on your genetics, fitness level, age, training intensity, training volume...

If all you do for exercise is run you should definately try to spread out your rest days, and mix up your running patterns (distance, pace). You might want to try HIIT 2 days a week as well.
