How long would it take to get my body fat to 15%-12% + any other tips?

I'm a 5ft6, 17 year old male, I weight 64kg/140lbs and according to my not-so-reliable scales I'm approximately 19% body fat.

My BMR is 1600 calories and I eat about 1400 calories a day, usually composed of a wholemeal wrap with chicken and avocado in it (400 calories), a salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar (200 calories), chicken, rice and veg (300 calories) and anything else to fill up the last 400 (usually two snack bars).

I walk for about an hour and a half every day, burning 300 calories, making my total deficit 500 a day.

I want to get to 15%-12% body fat so I was just wondering if what I was doing should work and how long it should take to get me there? Otherwise what else should I do to get there/what should I change?

Thankyou for any help or advice.

It looks like you have made some progress since your last post https://weight-loss.fitness.com/threads/help-losing-last-bit-of-fat.85849/#post-974476 however the advice remains the same.

I am on a keto diet for a while now and the beginning was very hard for me. Since it is based on low carbs intake, and I love me some candies :) this included a total change of my diet. My motivation was very low, especially because there were no results as fast as I hoped. Then a friend recommended me this [Link Removed] which helped me decide how many calories to take per day. This is a good way to keep track on your diet and be sure you are doing it right.
