hello i need help with how old i should rest. i am 16 years old when i doing weights how long should i rest short time or long? i want to have a nice form but i dont really care about getting stronger. also is it better to do low weights but more reps or do high weights and less reps like max do about 30 pounds but 20 reps or put alots of weights and do 10 reps. do high weights make ur more buff or low weights?
