I've recently just started working out, I have a pair of 10KG Dumbbells which provide me enough resistance to feel the soreness after workouts, and I have a Bench. My main aim is to gain muscle mass, I've done many excercises these past two weeks, Hammer Curls, Concentration Curls, Chest Press, Tricep Extensions etc, I've split them up into my own plan where I focus on 2 body parts per day, I have studied the correct techique for these workouts. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me from their own personal experience how long it would take for the workout sessions to reflect on the body, when will the muscles start to show?
