How long does it take?

I've recently just started working out, I have a pair of 10KG Dumbbells which provide me enough resistance to feel the soreness after workouts, and I have a Bench. My main aim is to gain muscle mass, I've done many excercises these past two weeks, Hammer Curls, Concentration Curls, Chest Press, Tricep Extensions etc, I've split them up into my own plan where I focus on 2 body parts per day, I have studied the correct techique for these workouts. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me from their own personal experience how long it would take for the workout sessions to reflect on the body, when will the muscles start to show?

PS I'm not desperate, I'm just curious.
 
It really depends. Because you are new to lifting, you'll probably get what are called newbie gains, meaning that you'll see some gains relatively quickly. I would think that you should see something in a few weeks. However, that really depends on what condition you're in at the start, and what your diet looks like.
 
Thanks for replying so quick. I'm not fat or skinny, I'd say I'm a medium build with a bit of a belly, but from what I read I hear the belly will eventually go once I start to gain more muscle due to metabolism increase. I'm not eating junk all the time, just once a week or maybe twice, apart from that I'd say I eat healthily.

With the plan and equipment you listed, I would expect some minor gains for the first month or so, and fewer gains afterwards.
