Well Ive always been skinny and my abs only showed when i sat down and had my legs in that kind of a position and i tensed my abs like really hard :yelrotflmao: but now after about 7 weeks id say from starting they started to just be there the entire time and now they are really really really visible...not as good as id like them to be but they will get there...i actually would like the muscles around my abs to stick out more
ok cool, nice one m8. I started counting calaries on monday 9 th july. Im trying to eat between 1300, and 1500 calories daily. I do regular exercise, and i can fell my abs under neath. Do u think this will work??
Well they say abs are made in the kitchen and that having a strict and well suited diet is the key...thats not many calories so im guessing you must be small or either trying to lose weight at the same time??? i am no pro but yeah wait for one of the "pros" to reply but your on the right track and weighing your food is a good start ! something i don't even do :yelrotflmao:
