Simple question, how long can I keep my cooked brown rice in the fridge before they spoil?

Eh I say 8-12 days before it starts to turn rancid. Remember you can always freeze if need to keep it longer. Cook rice defrosts nicely.

I eat it so fast I've never had a chance to find out

I steam a big pot of it on the weekend, keep it in a plastic container in the fridge and it usually lasts me till Thursday and it still tastes fine. I'd say up to a week.

just make sure you keep it sealed or it will go stale fast
