I was just wondering if my workout was realistic for losing weight. I'm interested in toning while losing weight. I have a very athletic body, but I have fat over my muscles. =[ I eat normally. Not healthy but not unhealthy either. I try to keep my caloric intake at 1800.
I weigh approx 150lbs and want to get down to 135ish lbs by June. I'm female 17yrs old.
I do the same work out two days in a row and then break for one day. Am I doing it right?
Do I need to do more cardio?? I understand that machines don't do much. I'm thinking of starting weight lifting...? I have no idea what I'm doing. I want to be losing about 1.5lbs a week.

- 15min warm up at 7 incline.
- 5min run
- 3 reps of 10 on the leg press 90lbs
- 3 reps of 10 on the chest press 40lbs
- 3 reps of 10 on ab machine 40lbs
- 3 reps of 20 on inner thigh machine 80lbs
- 3 reps of 10 on the tricep machine 50lbs
- then I usually run for about 15min, but for the past week I've been doing
