How i lost weight through yoga : )

Not so long ago i was in the dumps not feeling so good, fat, lonely, unhealthy

I dont ever want to be there again.

It was then that i found this ebook, rly helped me get of the sofa and start to feel good about myself

Practicing any type of yoga will build strength, but some types may not raise your heart rate enough to make them the only form of exercise you need to include in your weight loss regime. It depends on the type of yoga you select and how frequently you practice it.

How do you lose weight (and how much??) through ONLY yoga and no diet plan, it sounds like your tooling me.
