I think you put too much emphasis on supplements 'making or breaking' your gains/goals/performance.
If a good multivitamin, a blended protein powder, fish oil caps, and creatine is "a stack", then that's my stack, and I don't change it.
(hint: 90% of supplements don't do anything, so there's a pretty limited list of useful ones to base a stack off of)
Eating for your goals and changing macros and ratios to build muscle or burn fat is a better route than 'swappin stacks'.
I agree as well, I feel that diet and nutrition are extremely important yet with my lifestyle, (while incorporating good diet & nutrition), supplements work well for me.

Seriously, your first question was about 'rotating supplements'...and unless you're talking about bulking stacks vs. fat loss stacks...what's to rotate?
Are you just trying to inflate your post count, or do you have something to say/share/ask?
