What about the protein? That doesnt mean anything if you are eating like my 10 month old son. You have to decide if you're interested in building muscle or shedding fat. Sounds like you are interested in the first, so up those calories.
how many cals you think? The thing is I get full at the end of the day.. after my 1200, i know i need more, i guess i'll just have to jam thoughs extra..
Well I just went through and lost alot of weight.. starting weight 162 and ended up at 124. I dont want to risk gaining any fat back. I don't want to be Ronnie Coleman. I was fat because I have a slow metabolism anyway. I don't want to be fat again so I dont want to risk that. I just want to be built and cut. Kind of like Tom Cruise or Brad Pitt, Ryan Reynolds ect. (just examples lol.)
