Complex carbs,Lean Protein is always a good combination. Now the only thing to look into is the pasta sauce. Does it contain anything like Partly hydrogenated oils, high fructose corn syrup or anything?
Well, if i wanted to get really picky i could ask if its been distilled. Or if its just plain city water but i wont go that far
You had a good meal, The only real knocks ( a VERY picky person ) could give it are as follows
1. Was everything organic? (its a bonus to have it organic but not a negative if its not organic)
2. It sounds as if the ratio of carbs to protein might have been a tad high. Which will likely result in hunger sooner.
3. Some people argue that one should not drink when one eats. That it might dilute the digestive juices. Thus making digestion take longer (which could be good or bad depending on how you look at it)
4. Some people suggest you only drink room temperature water.
5. You might have eaten to early( again this could be a pro or a con depending on how you look at it).
Is something like this ok at about 10pm around 2 hours before I will be asleep? I would have just got back from my workout at this time as I have to work out at night??
I always thought pasta would be a bad thing in the evening and that all carbs should come from veggies. Obviously I am no expert though, but just how I looked at it?
