my question is this: if my RMR is 1400 and i am trying to lose 1 lb / week then i need to limit my calories by 500/day. right? SO, since I need to eat at least 1200, then in order to get the deficit, i need to workout 300 calories a day to make up the 500 - right??? (200 from the knock-down from RMR and 300 from exercise)
does that sound right?
