I prepare them by running the **** away from them. Good lord, man. Do you know you can get canned fish that doesn't taste like salty derierre?
..I mean, have you tried some lemon pepper? I find Spiracha (a brand of chili sauce that has not much other than intense burning pain in it) goes pretty well, too. Or the standard Miracle Whip + salt and pepper. Throwing some diced green onions in there doesn't hurt, either.
