Sport How do you measure your food intake?

I don't know how everyone else does it - I started off by watching the stats on what I ate or was planning to eat - I did this through the use of the package of food or through fitday.com. After a while I just got used to it and generally know what i'm eating and it's stats.
 
basically I started using fitday.com and eating consistently. After a couple weeks you won't have to track it anymore because you're eatign the same things almost every day, so as long as you keep portion sizes correct, you won't deviate much from the targeted calories/macronutrients.
