How do I prevent myself from regaining the weight I lost?

I started eating healthier and controlling my portions and I lost 30lbs in under a month while going on a run and doing yoga in the mornings before work. However this week I lost 3 pounds but gained back 4. I do not want to gain the weight that I had lost and I want to continue to lose weight. If anyone could give me some advice on how to keep off the weight while continuing to lose weight then that would be extremely appreciated :)

You need to look at your changes as a change in lifestyle and not a short term diet. If you loose quickly you are more likely to regain the lost weight, especially of it was not lost in a healthy way.

but even of you are doing everything right, there will always be fluctuation, these fluctuations can come from known causes like retaining extra water after having too much salty foods or other foods which cause water retention. The fluctuations can also baffle the most experienced members here into not knowing a direct cause, all you can do in this case is not give up.
