How do I post a picture here?

I'm putting my pic link between "

" and it still does not show. What is the problem?

It works HERE but not on my diary thread, which is where I want to put it (on my first post). Can someone help me please?

The link comes out fine, but if you go into edit your first post, then click go to advance, then manage attachments you should be able to just upload the image to the post you want it to be in.
