Welcome- I just recently joined the water drinking challenge and daily excercise challege. I just went in and asked "can I join?"...then I started posting. I'm sure you can do the same to some of the others. We are also getting ready to start a new walking challenge that you are welcome to join. Click on the thread that says "ideas for a new excercise challege". You can read all about it. I believe it will start Feb 15th. Good luck. :)
 
we're pretty loose on challenges around here - as much as we tried to tighten it up - -it didn't happen :(

there's an exercise challenge starting thursday - and there's a "lenten" (non religious) challenge starting on feb 21 (where you either give something up - or commit to do something for the next 40 days)

thee's generally a monthly challenge for weight loss -wheere you attempt 2 lbs a week :D
 
If you're interested, click on the thread that says "a long walk challenge". This is the one I refered to in my earlier post. It will probably start in the next couple of days.
 
I like the idea of being held responsible for the weight loss with pictures...how many challenges do that? Any going on now that I'm not to late for?
 
the taxing challenge is going on - it ends on april 15 - join that - the 2 lbs a month march chalenge you can join late. the summer fitness challenge starts the end of the month - join that :)
