Heey guys'
Im a 13 year old girl, and i neeed noticable abs FAASTT!
I eat healthy, eating fruits & vegies, and drinking milk and
Plenty of water. I dont want them to become REAL bulky like boys though.
I ride 'trials bikes' ( a dirtbikee with no seat, u stand up and jump up rocks etc),
and thats has toned my legs and arms, but not my stomach?
I have heard that doing 200 crunches each night doesn't work, so if
anyybody does a training plan for there stomach, id really like to hear it.
( If possible, id like them to be noticiable within 3 weekss)
