How do I do it?

HI guys.

Well how should I put this.
I weight 65 kg (around 145 ibs I think) And I really need to loose weight, I know that some of u have bigger problems with weight and I respect if u don't quite understand why I want to lose weight. but anyways here goes;

I've used to be overweight, fra 10 to around 15 I was overweight, then I lost some (much) of it and were well proud of it, so was my family, but now I get dissatisfied everytime I look in the mirror, because I have a belly, I actrully look pregant and xince i'm only 18, that's not really how I want to look. well that was the first reason, the next one is here.

I've been told, not only by friends and family, but also prof. that I could become a "model", but I would have to lose weight for that, around 13 kg that is. but I have no idea how.

So here is my question, how do I loose weight, Since I do have a habit of overeating and only maintiain this weight because of a little exercize.
Please help me

You start by reading the stickied threads...

There's a lot o f good info in those threads that will benefit you..
 
been thorugh most of them and yes u are right lots of stuff there, it's just more or less how do I find what's good for me?

I'm sry that I sound so stupid, but I used to do ww and that dosen't work when u're no longer overweight
 
losing weight is a matter of using more calories than you take in...

And keeping track of what you're eating..

get an account at or one of the 100s of other sites on the web to track what you eat... and get a food scale and really learn about portion sizes and keep track of everything that goes into your mouth.
 
wauw, that's great help:D I figure I need to cut out all that has to do with sugar too, but if that's what I gotta do then I'll do it!

I will try the site u showed might help me to keep track of things, meaning I would feel bad havng people read if I failed or so, so I'd proberly stick to it:D
