How do I connect my speed bag to the swivel?

hi i just purchased a chain link swivel and i can't figure out how to get the speed bag on the swivel. i know i have to pull out a link or something but how do i do it?

1 - ask a person who has seen/use the bag.
2 - find an internet link to the bag so we can see it.
3 - take it back to the shop.
