How do I compare?

Hi everyone, I am new to this forum.

I wonder if you can give me an indicator of how I compare, fitness wise, with other women my age.

I am 54 in a couple of weeks, 5'4", weigh 119 lbs and train 5 x pw. I do CV and weights, and don't have a fat/lean tissue figure to give you, (but can say I have more muscle and less fat then EVER before.)

I know this is not Olympic standard but yesterday I ran, on the treadmill, a PB of just under 33 mins. Does that make me average for my age and gender, better or worse?
