How do i change notification type to instant automatically?

Hi how do i change the notifications below the txt inputting square so that they are set to automatic instant email notification by default?

You want email notification?

If so then go to user cp, options and choose from the drop down list. I prefer no email notification, which allows me to login and hit user cp to see my subscriptions.
