How do I achieve my goal

Hi! This is my first post and I appreciate any advice you could give me. I am a member of Equinox (gym) and recently had the equifit analysis which gives stats on your weight, bmi, etc. I am a 29 year old woman, 5'6", 135 lbs, 59.7 lbs of muscle and 26.7 lbs of fat. My body fat percentage is 19.7. I started eating healthier and running more/incorporating weights in the last 4 months or so (I always exercised but I upped the intensity), but my weight has not budged. I think I have gained muscle and lost a little fat. But I want to be thinner and I do not want to look bulky. How do I do this? Should I cut back on the exercise and just reduce calories? Or should I continue the vigorous workouts?

I wanted to clarify that I know I'm currently healthy and my muscle mass is fine, but I want to look thinner without looking more muscular. My arms and legs are about as muscular as I want them to be. Should I cut back workouts to 2-3 times a week and really cut calories (potentially reducing both body fat and muscle mass), or continue working out 5 times a week and allow my body to continue to replace fat with muscle? I have been heavier in the past, but for the last 6 or 7+ years my weight has fluctuated very near 135. This seems to be the place my body likes to be, but I really want to be in the low to mid 120s.
