How do Fat Burners work?

I was wondering how exactly does a fat burner work in your system? I'm talking about the ones where you have to take one or two capsuls 30-60 minutes before each meal 3 times a day. Does it redirect the fat from the foods and sugars? Or does it block your body from storing fat from the food that comes in?

You'd need to mention a specific one.. Caffine is a natrual poison so your body speeds up your metabolism to get it out, thermogenics raise your body temp, along with beta 2's.

i'm looking at products simular to this one

also is it a good idea to increase or decrease physical activity on it?

the one you list looks like crap. I see very little in it that'll actually promote fat loss.
it'll make your wallet lighter though.

about the only fat burner I like right now is Thermocin by because its a revamped ECA stack. Synephrine takes the place of ephedra, Guarana for caffine, and White willow bark for the asprin.

its less expensive than the one you list as well.

physical activity doesn't really change, but Thermocin will raise your resting heart rate a little.
I see no reason to take fat burners at your present weight and bodyfat %, or age for that matter.
At least not until you've proven your diet and training are good. If those aren't already almost perfect, then any fat burner is just gonna waste your money and time.

no no, I know I have no reason to be using them. I'm just curious as to what it does to you to make you lose weight. How does caffine though burn fat? do you take it just before each meal?

it doesn't burn fat, it just speeds metabolism up a minute amount. if your diet sucks, fatburners won't have any effect on weight loss, they'll just make your heart race a little, and you pee like a race horse on some of them (they contain mild diuretics sometimes, thermocin does not)

interesting, I can see that they're not really worth it then... thanks for the information.
