Sport How did i gain

I haven been eating right for the past month i have been eating a diet shake or low fat cereal in the morning a salad with no ranch for lunch and something small for dinner usualy fruit salad oh and a gallon of water a day, on top of that i work out at night not very much cardio but a whole lot of weight training and ab training.....my question is i have been doing that and loosing 2 pounds a week but this week i gained 1 and a half why?? how did this happen?
 
Water retention? Muscle gain? Slowwing of fat loss? Without know exactly what you've eaten for the past 2 weeks and then this week we can't say definatly.
 
for the past 4 weeks its been diet shake in the morning a gallon of water a day for lunch a salad with no meat or ranch in it just vinigret and vegetables and for dinner fruit and about and hour some times a lil over an hour of excersize....i dont know if it matters but i started taking Staker 3 and it has something called chitosan if guess its something called a metabolizing fat burner dunno if that is helping me or hurting me but a friend recomended it
 
Well I would say that you possibly gained muscle between all your weight training.. but you are dangerously low on food. I do not see any protein.. any carbs.. or any fats.. You may have been losing 2 lbs a week.. but I guarantee is all muscle.. In order to lose fat.. you must still eat fat, carbs, and protein.

From lack of info.. your best bet is to get your body fat percentage done.. and go from there. That will tell you whether your losing muscle or fat.

Edit: and start eating.. your already starving your body literally.. and taking a fat burner.. your going to end up in the hospital.
 
so i should change my diet? i need protein fat and some carbs what foods are these in like protein? what foods can i find that in?

Use to record all the protein, carb, and fat in the foods.. and devise a eating plan.. List your body stats so we can help give you an ideal caloric intake. Eatin less... to absolutely nothing will not help you lose weight. Also want to eat 6-8 meals.. those 3 are not going to cut it.

Remember carbs is what fuels your body of energy. When you have no carbs in your diet.. and your doing weight training.. along with cardio.. your body will fall into starvation mode.. and do nothing but attack your muscles.. break them down to keep your body fueled. All that weight training has been wasted from lack of food. What is you goal.. to lose weight.. or gain muscle?
 
wow i gotta change that well i want to gaint muscle i mean im at 184 right now im debating weather i should loose a few then just go for the muscle or just go all out with the muscle right now
 
on your current diet, it looks like you were likely wasting muscle tissue for the last 4 weeks, and this week probably stored some fat now that you've got your muscle mass decreased.
that or its water bloat.
about the most important thing you can do to get lean is eat more protein and don't bottom out your calorie intake like you did.
