Sport how could this be possible?

hmmm, soundsl ike BS to me. Besides, who the hell orders noodles offline anyway.

if they found a way to make noodles with pure fiber, or fiber plus some kind of protein (like soy or vegetable proteins) then yeah, you could make a noodle that's less than 1g of carbs per serving.

I've bought veggie wraps like this...like 35g of carbs but 29g of them were from fiber, so only 6g of net carbs.

now that I think about it, there IS indeed a protein out there made from some kinda fungus...and mushrooms are fungi...so I bet they did something along those lines.

ahh, if you look at the website it tells you:
contain zero net carbohydrates and zero calories no gluten - noodles are made of a healthy natural fiber called Glucomannan, water, and a calcium additive, thats it!!!

they prolly taste like cardboard, but noodles are generally meant to soak up the flavors they are cooked in.

I don't see a real problem with these if hte price is decent.

I understand how that would explain the zero net carbs..(fiber - carbs = net carbs)

But I don't understand how it could be zero calories..?

Insoluble fiber is not digested by the body, and therefore just passes through, without being absorbed and used as energy, therefore not providing any calories to your body.

yep, its zero net carbs, no fat, and this product differs from other pastas that use soy/tofu, in that it does not, so there's no protein.

I'm sure it has calories...probably less than 1g a serving, with a dinky serving size.

Still, if you could chow down on a bunch and only net 20-40 calories, it'd be worth it on a cut.

of course with that much insoluble fiber they might wanna call it Ass Blast Pasta ;)

What would be the point of it? We eat to get energy and eat to grow and get big. So if there is no carbs, fat or anything then are we not just filling our face with something that is basically empty?

Please fill me on this.

That one made me laugh out loud!

Honestly, those noodles can't taste that good. If you're that concerned about calorie count you probably shouldn't be eating a boatload of noodles in the first place.

haha good answer. Yes I kinda filled that in quick and was kinda thinking about myself. For my self those noodles would be kinda of pointless while I'm trying to bulk up. Thanks for the answer.

yes, true. I wouldn't let my protein fall below..

I was just kind of curious about this product.. it seems way too expensive.

If it were cheaper i'd probably start buying it though.
