Sport How could I gain weight?

Hi everyone

I come from China and began to work out 6 month before I came here. And I gained 10 kg during that 6 month. However, since I came here to study on campus, it seems that everyday I could have is burger or pizza. And I am losing weight right now. I really feel terrible for that. Is there anyone here could help me figure out what should I eat. My questions are as follows:
1. What do you eat (or suggest) every day?
2. Based on your answer for Q1, how much do you spend in eating everyday?

If you are losing weight, EAT MORE. Simple.
 
If you are still working out you may need to consume more protein. If you have stopped working out you are probably just storing fat and losing muscle mass. It is a known fact that muscle is heavier than fat and there lies your problem.
 
Balance and volume are the two main cornerstones of good nutrition.
Balance, check out the food pyramid and this will be the best guide. Excess protien, carbs or fat will become fat if the body can store it.
Volume is exactly that, eating balanced and losing weight you want to keep means eat more.
I eat 4,500 to 5,000 calories a day and literally browse virtually all day in order to do so. The food is basic, simple and bought in bulk so for me very cheap. Rice, cous cous, seeds, fruit, veg, meat and some treats of course, I am crazy not inhuman.
