How come we don't have a "cardio" section in the forums?

Half the time spent in the gym for most people is pretty much doing cardio, it's weird there's no section for this category of exercise. I know running is a form of cardio but while it's the most popular it's not the only method. I guess weight loss is close though not everyone does solely for that reason. I even see 2 sections dedicated to weights(one for men, one for women) but no definitive section on keeping the heart healthy? What's the deal?
 
I think by running, it's meant for all cardio. But if you want to get technical, we can call this thread 'Teh Cardio Thread'

Well you're right but some might think they are posting in the wrong section when asking about other things than running. I know I have.
 
I agree, I think that if the running section is for all forms of cardio then it should be called as such.

Well most ppl run for weight loss, so post there.

If you do other CV for a specific distance then its a sport, so post it in the sports forum.

Also HIIT. I think most of us agree that HIIT is the best form of CV so post it there if you want.
