Half the time spent in the gym for most people is pretty much doing cardio, it's weird there's no section for this category of exercise. I know running is a form of cardio but while it's the most popular it's not the only method. I guess weight loss is close though not everyone does solely for that reason. I even see 2 sections dedicated to weights(one for men, one for women) but no definitive section on keeping the heart healthy? What's the deal?
