how cen i lose weight fast?

2 pounds a week is how you can safely lose weight - -looking to lose almost a pound a day, isn't safe or healthy for you at all

Ditto what Mal said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Why in the world would you want to even ATTEMPT to do something like that??? Is something important coming up? If so, then just realize that you simply didn't start weight-loss early enough...start now and be down a few lbs before then.
 
yeah i am trying to lose some weight fast i have to do something...but dose eny1 knows how to lose weight pretty fast..??

Pretty fast?
Yes! Eat a good deficit of calories without eating too few! Get moving! DO NOT go below 1200 cals in a day for a girl...for guys the number is higher.

thanks for the advice... but i will try alot of exercise and try to go for my goal and i was thinking of eating about 1000 cal... and exerciseing alot and i will see what happends then. THANKS

It is not safe to go under 1200...you are going to put your body into starvation mode and may not lose weight after all.

well how much lbs cen you loss for a week ive seen web sites that say you cen lose 18 lbs in 4 day and 11 lbs in 10 day? do you think its tru?
 
diets like that you lose water weight and that's pretty much it - once you go back to regular food, you gain back most of what you lost. Besides, if those diets were that easy... do you think there would be any overweight people in the world?

Be sensible.. lose weight the healthy way.
 
I don't think so, I checked the site and it said 30 day garentee, which usually means you need to put money down.
 
There is NOTHING, no matter how huge it seems at this point in your life...NOTHING, that you should be willing to do that kind of harm to your body for!!!

Again...you asked for advise, so I will say it again. Just realize that you started too late to lose that much weight by that time and deal with it by starting a healthy diet NOW. You can lose enough weight over the next couple weeks to boost your confidence before whatever it is that is going to happen in 41 days.
 
Bep is completely correct.

If you follow a sensible diet and exercise plan you could lose somewhere between 5-10 lbs in 41 days. Try doing additional weight lifting, besides building muscle (which burns more cals), you will look and feel firmer which will help you look better.
 
Trust these girls with what they are saying!! As a person who has "been there, done that" with FAST weightloss...it's not worth it.

The only way to lose weight and to keep it off the HEALTHY way is to do it slowly. You should not lose more than 2lbs a week on average...it can hurt your body more than help it. And the faster you lose the weight, the more likely you are going to gain it all plus some back.
 
a lot of the diets whichh claim to loose up to <insert stupid amount of lb here> do make you loose it, however what you loose is mostly fluid which you would have lost at the beginning of any diet or worse yet, muscle tissue (which is bad mmkay).

Good rule of thumb, if the diet has a name then its a gimmick. If the diet costs, then its a gimmick - forget it it wont work no matter how convincing the lies are :)
