How can you tell if it's a YoYo Diet Supplement?

I got this from my mail box. How can I tell if their substances are going to send me on a rollercoaster. I researched these pills once and settled on a 100% natural substance that was similar to adrenalin (or happy pills), I forget exactly now. I lost so much weight it scared me. I've read about YOYO dieting where people lose so much weight quickly, and then when their lifestyle hits a speed bump, or they stop taking the thin pills, they put it all back on and some. How do you discriminate pleez?

check your other post about Herbalife. My response there should sum it up.

In a nutshell, yo-yo happens because the diet/pill/program/whatever isn't designed to last a lifetime.
They always have 6-8 week limits, after which you're either no longer starving yourself, or you slip back into the routine, and bounce right back to it.

To change your life, you need a lifestyle change. Not a pill. Not a crash/fad diet. Not saying you have to go Vegetarian/Vegan or anything, but giving up processed foods, excessive sugar...just eating more naturally goes a long way. Natural foods tend to be way less calorically dense. Compare a banana to a Snickers bar in terms of calories, sugar content, fat...but the banana has more mass/weight and will be just as 'satisfying' (to rip of their marketing scheme).

combine eating natural foods, with portion control and exercise, and your body will respond positively.

Yes - I believe natural is best - since joining this website I'm a lot more aware of portions and fat in ingredients etc. THANX.
