yeah i realized carbs from fruits are good obviously, i just want to know how figure out if they're bad by reading the ingredients/nutrition info
White pasta aint that bad is it
Same with white rice and brown rice, not a big difference.
True there isnt much of a difference in GI (which is very usefull otherwise huge spikes would occur), and maybe more fibre and some other things in wholegrain. But after i tried brown spaghetti a couple weeks ago ill never go back to it, tasted rediculously disgusting almost threw up
