I agree. You'd have to be burning tons of calories during the day for that kind of intake to NOT end up as fat. The best way to gain is slow and steady. Find an online calorie calculator so you can determine about how much you need to maintain, then add 500 calories on top to gain. Slow and steady does it...

Yeah, around the 5000 marker for me...a while ago...was just intense, a ton of food. It gets tough to stick to a specific breakdown. Depending on how active you are, 3000 may not be much, but for some people it's a ton.
