How can I lose weight?

Im very limited at the moment on how I can exercise untill my stomach muscles come together more. In the mean time I cant do any sort of weights or anything that risks straining my abs. I have 2 children one who is 2 months old and the other is 20 months, so its very hard for me to go and do anything like swimming etc. Also my baby unfortunatly tends to cry a lot when I take him out in the buggy for some reason so we dont do a lot of walking either and Im restricted on space in my house to do much of a work out (plus my eldest gets in the way charging about and throwing toys around.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do which doesnt involve either lots of space or leaving the house but will help me burn calories?

Think small - you'll get there. And take it slowly.
 
The walk away the pounds video's might be worth looking into. They're for in home walking and there's always the pause feature for when a kid needs attention.
