hiiii guys ?
i really want to lose 30 pounds in 3 weeks, so i really need you to tell me what to do ? i want some tips and advices .

my current weight is 154 pounds and i'm 5 feets and 3 inchs tall.

thanxx and i hope i achive my goal by your help. bbye

Why so much weight in such a short time??? Why not take the advise you received in another post from Steve and read around the forum and learn the proper steps to a healthy lifestyle?

There is no short term solution to weight-loss. You need to eat right and exercise. These two things will help you lose weight AND sustain that loss over a longer period on time.

Hope this helps!

Matt

thanx matt for the advise, but i have a confesstion ... i'm embarrassed to say that i don't understand english well, because it's not my original language, but i understod what you said, i only didn't understod what steve said. i really want to know what to do to lose weight i want steve to re-write me tha tips in a simple english. thank you matt and steve

STOP. LOOKING. FOR. AN. EASY. WAY. OUT.

It's really that simple.

You're setting yourself up for failure.

The best way would be to cut off a limb. Otherwise I'd suggest not trying for 10lbs a week. I'm at 260lbs and would hope to lose 10lbs in a month at best.

What I might also suggest for you is to take weight loss slowly. For you it might only be losing 10lbs in total that will make you happy with your body. Don't get stuck on the weight number.

well, thanx guys for your support , i'm really happy to read your advise and i will try to lose 10 pounds in a month , i feel this way is more healthy than loosing 10 pounds in one week. thanks a lot.

Hello Mrs Triple

Losing 30lb in 3 weeks is very unrealisic, however you should be able to lose a couple of pounds a week by making a few lifestyle changes. Eat 6 small meals a day and make sure that you include plenty of fibre found in fruits, vegetables, pulses, wholemeal bread and beans.

These foods will fill you up and fibre helps to carry out toxins from the body.
Also take regular exercise. This will increase the metabolism. You could try walking for about 20-30minutes a day.

This could be across your local park if you have one, or even just walk to the local shops instead of taking the car.

Wishing you every success with your weight loss

yea...30 pounds in 3 weeks is almost unhealthy...you need to set more realistic gradual goals...if you wanted to lose that much weight by a certain time for somethign, then you shoulda started earlier =)

I,m new here Mrs H and i lost 22 lbs from Dec 1,st til Dec 20th last month. I did it by buying a treadmill and using it every day up til then. On the 20,th i was on it for 2 1/2 hours without stopping and burnt 600 calories but found out after i had many blisters on both feet and could hardly walk for a week. I,m only 5-6 and 210 lbs now but seem to be stuck at that even though i,m back on the treadmill for one hour everyday. I know it was wrong and that is why i joined this site, to get some good advice an lose it the right way. My gold is to lose 65 lbs total and with the help of the good people on here i think it can be done this year if not next year. I think you should take the well advised advice that was sent your way on this thread. The best of luck to you.

AI saw something on dr oz. Im doing this diet right now...im on day 2...its 21 days long.. 3 weeks. You Can lose 25-30 Pounds. If you try hard enough. You Can Only aeat Fish,Olives,Nuts,Yogurt,Fruit,Whole Grains,Dark Choclate. And Exercise 1 1/2-3 hours a day...exeptn maybe sunday....maybe just 30 mins sundays.
hope this helps you...and me as well lol

I imagine loosing weight that quickly you would loose a lot of muscle which is not good and loosing weight this fast is not healthy. You probably would be more likely to gain the weight back too. Like others have also said. Weightloss in my opinion should be a lifestyle goal, getting healthy at the same time and getting to and then keeping at a stable healthy weight for life, it's not a short term quick fix, it take small goals and patience!
