how can i increase my explosiveness?

baseball is starting soon and im pretty fast and can steal bases quite well, but i was just wondering if there are some things i can do at home that will help me be even more explosive on the bases?
 
Jumping (both up onto a platform for example and down from a platform), jumping squats with weights or bands, power cleans, any exercise to strengthen your legs, hips and core (squats, deadlifts, etc.).

If you are interested in hitting power as well, pushups or military/bench presses, pullups and rows, and forearm exercises, like using a wrist roller.

You mentioned your baseball season is starting soon... how soon? And how would you rate your overall conditioning?

With this info we can help you design a training program. Explosiveness is a linear progression of work capacity, strength, speed strength, and power, so you need to improve one factor before you can improve the next, you can't train explosiveness on its own. Is it only sprinting power you're interested in?

well practice starts towards the end of this month. im 6 ft and between 170-75. i would say im in pretty good shape but im not muscular, im sorta fat-skinny. yeah mainly just sprinting power for better base stealing. i already am very proficient at it i was just wondering if there is anything that i can do that will give me more of an egde. thanks and i hope this info helps you out.
