Weight-Loss How can i go from 277lbs to 190?

2 years ago i had an infected gallbladder and of course like most idiots i decided to remove mine i have gained weight since then. I was wondering whether a gallbladder keeps you from losing weight and what can i eat and how can i diet to lose weight should i do a vegetable juice diet for a month than eat fruits and vegetables nuts and seed bread for the rest of my life to maintain a healthy weight, i would say im approximately 5 11 maybe 6 foot 0 in height male 27 years old, i seem to be stuck at 277 i have to admit i have been sitting on the computer and not exercising for quite some time try to help me out please.
 
There are no secrets .. no magic pills, etc...
Weight control and fitness boil down to 3 combined factors ....

1) Diet based on lean protein & complex carbs (minimize simple sugars and starchs)

When my aunt had her gallbladder removed the doctor said she had to watch what she eats or she would gain weight easily. So I think that there is some correlation there, but this is not my area of expertise. You might need to look into it more.
For any weight loss you need to decide to do it and make a plan. Everyone is different, so what works for one person may not work best for you. It's about trial and error and making a new plan based in your newly leant ed information.
For me I found that making small changes and working towards an activity goal worked best. I started with cutting down and then eliminating soda and drinking more water. I also decided to start running and registered in races to motivate me to work out. I used the couch to 5 k program and then made up my own program. I started just walking and worked up to more running. Pick one or two things to start with and then add on when you can.

and i think i will give you my example-
big weight, not very flartting to my body figure, really wanted to get rid of those"weels"
amm..i started babye steps-
1. eat what i cook= no food additives/ preservatives
2. stop buy food
3. stop with junk

after i change this habits in my life-> im now trying to start exercising
and that seems like NOT going to happened ever

but it will
i just..taking it from 1 step to another
