How can I get over my plateau

I have recently lost with diet and excerise a total of 191lbs, however for the last 3 weeks I have lost nothing or little to nothing. I still have alot more to lose I am getting discouraged. I will not give up though as I have come to far and feel amazing. If anyone has any suggestions please advise.
 
change whatever you are doing. change the amount of calories (up them if they are too low), change the exercise. If you run, try cycling etc etc.

the closer you get to your goal weight - the harder it becomes -

losing the first 175+lbs is pretty easy (not to discount your 190+ loss but I'm speaking from personal experience)-any change to what you were initially doing makes the weight come off.. the closer you get to your goal - those little changes you were making -now have to be more precise...

How are you keeping track of your calories and how many calories a day are you eating?

What are your current statsand how long have you been losing weight?
