How can I gain more weight?

hi i just turned 17 n i go to the gym 3x a week n do different workouts every day of the week.However the texture of body is in shape but my body is still light i weigh 120 n was wonderin how can i gain more weight n muscle?:confused:
 
Make sure that your weight sets are of low reps i.e. 6-8 repetitions per set.

Increase your protein intake (i'm not sure if this actually helps, although many people recommend it).

Increase the weights to the absolute maximum that you can complete your sets at.
