I used to have a formula i found on the web that helped me to calculate my resting metabolism rate. I know its not 100% accurate, but its a way to start.
At the end i would usually have to multiply it by a number depending on my fitness level.
Also, my workout schedule is as follows:
Monday: 1hr Cardio
Tuesday: 1hr Cardio
Wednesday: Session with personal trainer (Weight lifting)
Thursday: 1hr Cardio or 1hr Floorwork
Friday: Weight lifting
Saturday: 1hr Cardio
Sunday: Rest
If someone knows the formula, by what factor should i multiply it by? I know its a lot of cardio, but i'm very overweight, (5'9" 280lb) and i need to loose some BF before i start to worry about sculpting.
