Sport How bad is lemonade?

Sport Fitness
Odds are, pretty bad, since it will need a LOT of sugar to make it not too bitter.

This is just an example I pulled up, but I bet most are like this. A LOT of sugar...

I recommend if you like lemon aide to consume a version that is low in calorie (artificial sweetner of your choice).

If you dont have any personal problems with an artificial sweetner, one could use Crystal Lite (they have a lemon aide version-about 5 calories per serving, lol). I have used it for its low calories, water supply and to thwart off the water taste that gets bland after a while. It will not hurt your fitness quest/goal plans.

As you know I dont like refined sugar; however, usually a high sugar drink is also high in calories--I would stay away from these, because in my opinion it minimizes your goal quest in the caloric sense. Spare the calories here (to be better used in foods with improved
nutrition).

And, Jackie one more thing,

ROCK ON GIRL! HEHEHE :)

You could try this:

Put water in a glass, and get natural Lemon juice put a small portion in it, and then put splenda (Or another of your choice) to give it some sweetness to your personal taste. This would also be low calorie.

and one more thing:

ROCK ON!

Best wishes to you!

Too bad you're in the UK. over in the states you can get single serving packets of sugar free lemonade (Crystal Light brand), that'll make 16 oz of water into a 1 calorie drink.

Maybe they have something similar over there? I get mine on the isle with juice, kool-aid, etc.

Heya thanks for the info but as ive said: I DONT DRINK IT AT HOME, I DONT LOVE IT THAT MUCH!!!

sorry lol im not gonna drink it no more
