How am I doing?

Alrighty, I take a multivitamin, joint supplement (glucosamine/chondroitin or something spelled similarly) and fish oil tablets as well as protein milkshakes after workouts.

Am I leaving anything major out? Any brand recommendation for any of what I already take? Please no suggestions for creatine, do not want.

My diet is alright I think. I eat a few salads a week, put effort into not eating red meat everyday, eat lots of eggs, milk, bread, rice and pasta. And cereal but everyone gets their vice.
 
Well theres no way to tell how your are doing if there is nothing to measure your progress against. What are your goals, and where are you at now?
 
Also, 'lots of bread, rice and pasta' is probably not something I'd define as good (depending on your goals, of course).
