There are some sticky posts in the bodybuilding section of the forum with more info on workouts. There is no one way to build your body. Try different routines until one of them suits you, then be persistent in both that and your diet.
 
For a beautiful body, the most important thing is consistent diet and exercise regularly. However, during practice we also need more patience
