So what kind of routine etc are you all doing? Whats working for you guys? I am doing the Body for life challenge but I am only on day 5, I feel fresh and energised though so definately something good happening. Before that I was walking most days and eating 1600-1800 cals, lost 30lbs so far, I would like to lose another 30lbs during the BFL challenge so minimum of 15lbs by halloween.
